The portal fails to create my new parent account
In order to create a new account, the email address you use must be registered in at least one school system. The email was likely entered during the enrolment process. If you did not list your email or you have since changed your email, please contact your child's school. Note that it will take up to a day before a new address is recognised by the portal.
I have forgotten my password
If you can't remember your password, please click the 'create a new parent login' and re-enter your email address. The portal will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.
I have forgotten the email address I used in my child's enrolment
Please contact the school in order to register your current email address.
My new password is not being accepted
The change password area of the site requires that passwords meet a certain strength. This is necessary as the portal grants access to sensitive information and simple passwords are easily guessed. Passwords containing upper-case letters, lower-case letters and numbers are generally stronger.
